Definition of Freewill: Voluntary choice or decision or freedom of humans to make choices that are not determined by prior causes or by divine intervention.
The Piece:
This is one of Charmaine Taylor’s favourite pendants. As she always says ” it formed itself”. The Robben Island fencing is encased inside the metal. This is a process called metal forming.
Charmaine was exhausted at the end of her day and needed to complete one more necklace design for her latest range at the time. She pushed 8 pieces of Robben Island Fence together. This is the design that it formed. Charmaine decided to call it Freewill.
