5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across South Africa with The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers and Fedex for selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in original condition and packaging. Refer to our Refund and Return Policy for further information.
Refunds (excluding shipping) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Note: Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
