• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• All original tags, certificates, brochures, and accessories must be included.

• Certificate number must match the serial number engraved on the jewelry piece.

• The product must not show any signs of wear or use.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to info@legacycollection.org. Include the following in your email:

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
